Attention families planning to attend the Long Course BC Provincial Championships (AAAs) @ UBC, Vancouver, July 4 – 7, 2013.
This AAA swim meet will be held on the UBC campus.
The team will be staying in the residence, ~ a 5 minute walk from the pool.
The room bookings are being done now, as per Swim BC's arrangements with UBC.
In order to book under the team's block (as per UBC's accommodation coordinator's directive) we need to reserve rooms now.
Please email me by Tuesday, March 5th, 2013 with the name(s) of those who are interested in staying in the Walter Gage Towers (include your swimmer's name(s), and any parents or other friends/family members interested in staying on campus).
There are a limited amount of rooms.
The club must pay a deposit and there is a small cancellation fee for rooms not used. (If you cancel, that fee will be passed on to you.)

Walter Gage Residence (Standard Single Room)
Private bedroom with single bed in a six-bedroom shared apartment. Guests share a washroom, lounge with flat panel TV, breakfast bar, and kitchen (not equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). Free campus WiFi and in-room wired Internet (cable not provided). A full continental breakfast at the Pacific Spirit Cafeteria is included.
$47.00 + 5% GST and 8% PHT, per night
