635 [PGBSC] Fwd: AAA in Kamloops

____

Dear Officials,

The BC AAA Championship Meet is in Kamloops coming up this week and this is a very good time to get some deck experience away from home.

Senior Officials are required to work some meets away from your home pool to learn how other clubs in the province or country run meets.

Kamloops is a very good host club and Sheila Nelson and Larry Chrobot are on deck all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday refereeing (in case you are one of those folks who likes to have a familiar face to connect with.)

Please make an effort to offer your officiating services for a session or three, as this is a large meet and will have many, many swimmers and fans in the stands.  Don't forget to bring your officiating cards to get a few more sessions signed up as you move up the officiating ladder.

The best seat in the house is on the pool deck and will be a great way to encourage and support your swimmers.

Please contact sjyrkkanen@tru.ca and inform Stacey (Kamloops Officials Director) when you will be available to help out.

Thank you.
