At the PGBSC 2015 AGM, a suggestion was made to create a Director of Technology position. As this is a membership-driven suggestion, the board is seeking membership feedback as to what such a position would encompass (terms of reference and specific responsibilities). Please submit your feedback, in writing, to Karen Lange, PGBSC secretary via email secretary@pgbsc.org, by January 10^th 2016. Thank you in advance for your input.

The PGBSC Board of Directors would like to clarify our current Club policy regarding fundraising levy credits. Fundraising levy credits have no cash value. Any existing balance of fundraising credits accrued in members accounts can be applied to fundraising levies for the following swimming season. Any balance of fundraising levy credits will not be refunded, as cash value, if members choose not to return to swim the following season.

Good Morning. This email is for families going to Kamloops their annual Ice Classic Invitational. Barracuda Cap and T-shirts are mandatory. If you need extra ones, contact Kris Lewington at equipment@pgbs.org This is a three day heats and finals meet. The club is staying at the Kamloops Ramada Inn Please be on deck 20 minutes before the beginning of warm ups Friday/Saturday/Sunday warm ups: 13/under 730-805am 14/over 805-845am Friday/Saturday finals warm ups: 400-450pm Sunday finals warm ups:300-350pm I will have my cell phone (250.552.5993) with me if you need to contact either Jerzy or myself.

Morning everyone, As the club is heading to Kamloops next weekend for a swim meet, there will be practice cancellations to all groups with the exception of the following groups: Masters, D2C, D3 and Swim School. Thursday Dec 10, Friday Dec 11, Saturday Dec 12 and Monday Dec 14 practices for D2AB, D1, Fitness and Development, Elite and Y/N are cancelled. As well, Y/N will not have morning practice on Tuesday Dec 15.
