The Prince George Barracudas Swim Club will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) tonight- Wednesday November 15, 2017 at 6:30 pm in the Northwood Room at the Prince George Aquatic Centre. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. The PGBSC board of directors wishes to inform the membership of the following slate of candidates for election to the PGBSC board of directors at the 2017 AGM: Registrar: Kelly Esopenko Fundraising Director: Louis Vertue Travel & Meet Director: Marilyn King Director of Officials: Vacant Nominations for all Directors positions listed above, may be made in writing to the Secretary (email: secretary@pgbsc.org) by any two Voting Members with the consent of the nominee. Nominations will be called from the floor prior to the elections at the AGM. We look forward to seeing you this evening!

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR PARENTS OF KIDS REGISTERED IN D3 AND D2C This deadline for the Christmas Mini Meet is fast approaching. It's a fun meet for the kids in D3 and D2C to finish off the first few months in the pool and for parents to view their progress since the beginning of the season. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THOSE FAMILIES PARTICIPATING IN OUR MEET THIS COMING WEEKEND! This weekend we are hosting our Annual Northern Medical Sprint Meet (November 17-19) Jerzy and I will be at the pool Friday for noon to set up the pool for the weekend. If anyone is able to help out, that would be greatly appreciated. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to set up. Sometimes faster. Meet information for parents regarding this weekend. Please make sure your child has their Barracuda Cap and T-shirt for the weekend. It is also a good idea to have two-three towels, flip flops for their feet and either shorts or sweat pants. Swimmers from our club, will place their belongings at the far end of the pool on the last two bleachers Warm up times. Please be on deck 20 minutes prior to the beginning of warm ups. Friday 4:30-5:30 pm racing begins at 5:40pm until 7:30pm Saturday 8:00-9:00am racing begins at 9:40am until 3:00pm approx Sunday 8:00-9:00am racing begins at 9:40am until 2:30pm approx If you have any questions, let me know.
